Why “enjolive“?
During a French lecture, my professor asked if anyone knew what enjolive meant. I thought she called my name: Angelie. With my tilted head and furrowed brows, I eagerly listened to her explanation: enjoliver means “to embellish“.
Et maintenant, j’enjolive.
And now, I embellish.
No, I do not mean that I embellish my stories or blog posts with untrue details. What I really mean is that I am embellishing my mind, my life, my world, with knowledge. I aim to become a more interesting person–and a more attractive potential employee–by honing my skills and staying informed. With this blog, I hope you can embellish yourself, too.
Enjolive
